“Very new. Opened June 2024. The hotel spa is superb. I had a deep tissue massage. One of the best ice ever tried (I do body massage at least per fortnight). Location is good. Lots of food choices. Easy access to every where in Jakarta. ”

“By mystake the reservation was done for the wong days, after 5 minutes with the correct dates but the hotel strongly refused to move it. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE for what SHOULD be a high level hotel. Therefore the room was not used at all, but if this is the customer's treatment my feedback can only be the worst as possible.”

“업무출장 목적으로 이용했습니다. 객실이 깨끗하고 편안했고 샤워실에 뜨거운 온수가 나왔습니다. 아침식사는 다양한 음식이 나왔고 계란요리와 국수요리를 주문할 수 있었습니다. 저녁식사는 9시30분에 주문이 마감되었고 10시엔 문을 닫았습니다. 호텔 옆 SUBWAY 매장은 9시에 문을 닫았습니다. 주변에 갈만한 쇼핑몰 또는 식당이 없는 게 아쉽습니다.”
